  Surprisingly sufficient, speedy and easy. We went through the automatic car wash and got the tyres scrubbed, car waxed and detailed.
  
  Everyone who worked their was very lovely, welcoming and friendly also which makes the decision to be a return customer so much easier.
  
  Will definitely be back.

  Nice clean job and friendly staff. The best car wash I have seen so far in Brisbane.
  
  (For car owner)
  When pick up the car, it’s still recommended to check if some spot they are missing, they are willing to fix it.
  
  (For shop owner)
  Improvement to suggest
  1. Please add a note to the working sheet to indicate if the side mirrors automated. In 3 of 5 times, the staff in the end of tunnel try to unfold the side mirror with hands. This is an unpleasant experience.
  
  2. Please move the stuffs around in the boot if it’s not too trouble to get a full vacuum. Once, I left a box of inside boot and I find out after I left that the area around and under the box is not vacuumed.
  
  In overall, this is still the car wash I would recommend.

  Wonderful service from the full timers, it was my first time over here, because I usually go to the branch at Logan Rd. However, I realized that this branch at Alderley seemed much better equipped
  
  Unlike the one at Logan Rd, the self-service car wash for this branch have an added function, which is the 'Wheel & Tyre cleaner' that comes before the Pre-soak option.
  
  After the self-service wash, I didn't know that they don't have blow-dryer machines, and most self-service customers dry the car themselves (also because I am from Singapore and I am new to Brisbane). They offered to charge me $10 for drying services that uses 2 different types of micro-fibre towels (one for the main body and one for the windows), along with a high pressured blow dryer to deal with water that hides within the nooks & crannies of my car.
  
  Overall, I'd say that their services are professional and I will most certainly return again.

  These guys always do such a thorough job! I've had an internal clean a few times now and the car always comes back looking and smelling almost new! (We have a dog and 2 toddlers so sometimes it looks like a war zone

  These guys are the absolute best! Russel and the team are striving to give the best service and it’s honestly the only place I can go to actually have my car come out clean and worth the 40 minute drive from my house! Thank you again for always looking after me!

  Love the monthly option for unlimited car washes for only $35. Excellent wash, part machine part hand that delivers a great result. Very happy with the service and wash, and love the monthly unlimited washes. Don't change what you're doing zoom, it works for me.
