- Paul Bly Added February 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We were very clear when ordering the carpet of our expectations when it was installed. Before the carpet was fully installed we advised both the salesperson and the Manager that it was not correct. From that point on long technical definitions and large pdf files didn't fix the problem merely convinced us we would never use this store again.
